Things lying under life’s dust sometimes appear here where I air them. I am better for noticing life’s each moment. In a way that doesn’t happen if I don’t point a viewfinder at it.

I don’t know if I change, or the things that aren’t me change. But I’m paying attention now. Everyday. Here I put it all out there and away at the same time.

Voice yourself. I tell people everyday to blog. Say anything. But say it. I began writing when I wasn’t looking. Cataloging a LifeStory. That’s what I’m doing. My own good advice. On this virtual spot.

I'm 16 here. I look 12. My sister marshmallowing out, on the right. I'm married here. Yeah. Put your mind around that one.

Now
I use too much punctuation. I’m a recovering child of divorce. It still hurts but things are better each and every day. Thank you Greg.

I thought my dad was perfect - finding out he never was has freed me to put words on virtual pages. Threads of my life – 3 sons, my bf, my sister and mom, too many mouths and my work. Every single thing I do. Not really. Not every single thing I do is blog fodder – but I try. If you dig deeply, you’ll witness my consuming 1200 + calories hidden in Peanut Butter and Chocolate in one short sitting.

Then
I was a little bit tomboy. We always had dessert and a fire at night. And, big family gatherings at Aunt Nina’s. I remember red yarn unraveling a tiny sweater – I remember remembering that years after it happening and putting it away for many more.

I had a red racer peddle-car. My dad raced for Ford, then for himself. So, I’m a gear head. Dad was French, Dutch, Cherokee Indian – Mom is Italian. Both of my grandparents coming from Sicily as teens. They married, after grandpa delayed the wedding to make wine. Some things are more important than love (see, I really am a boy).
