We believe that your email address is private information and you have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your email address to anyone. We use your email address to send you order-related emails, such as shipping confirmations or if we have a question about an order.

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. You will always be notified of any changes at time of order.

PAYMENT POLICY
Stuff You Want From People You Know only accepts US currency. Some products require two weeks before delivery. Products in stock will be shipped within two days of ordering. When you are finalizing your order during checkout, you will notice that there are 3 payment method options, 1. Credit Card, 2. WePay (if you already have a WePay account and wish to use it), or by check ((NOTE :: TO USE A CHECK, YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR WEPAY, VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT and ONLY THEN WILL THE PAYMENT COMPLETE.))

Payment by Check
You may pay by check but to do so requires you sign up for a WePay account. You must also verify the bank account before the payment will complete. It’s a bit more complicated the first time, but once bank account is verified, this method is nearly as fast as paying with your credit card.

SHIPPING POLICY
We pay for shipping and handling of all orders. Should you return something, please pay for the shipping back to us, and we’ll happily cover it for any items going back to you.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the state of California.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
In order to return a product purchased from Stuff You Want, the customer must first obtain authorization from Stuff You Want by calling 949 829.1591. Returned merchandise must be complete with all original items and accessories, etc.; no refund will be given for those missing components. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
